Theoretical physicist with a strong background in simulation, modeling, and data analysis. 

Currently working on:

  • data analysis on nutritional life cycle assessment
  • simulation and theoretical investigation of ultra-short pasteurization and sterilisation

 

Currently working as a Post Doctoral researcher in sustainable food processing at ETH Zürich.

PhD in Food and Soft Materials with a focus on protein physics, biophysics, and phase separation phenomena, from ETH Zürich, awarded 9 March 2023. 

 

Master's degree obtained in 2018, in  Theoretical Physics with a strong background in Dynamical Systems, Biophysics, Thermodynamics and Fluid Dynamics from University of Padua (Italy).
